Websites

For plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, and other home-service trades.

Most people who find a trade business online do two things before they call: they look at the Google Maps listing, and they tap through to the website. If the site is slow, vague, or still says you service a town you stopped driving to three years ago, a good share of them hit the back button and call the next company.

We build websites for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, and other home-service companies in Arizona and across the US. The goal is simple: the top of every page should tell a visitor what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you.

What you get

  • A page for each service you sell and each main city you cover, written with you.
  • Your phone number and a short quote form on every page, with tap-to-call on phones.
  • Your ROC license number, hours, and service area shown plainly and marked up so Google can read them.
  • Your domain in your own registrar account, in your name.
  • A recorded walkthrough of the finished site before it goes live.

How we get started

  1. A phone or video call about your services, your service area, and how jobs come in today.
  2. We send you the page list and the draft copy by email to check.
  3. You send photos, license details, and any changes.
  4. We build the site and send a recorded walkthrough for you to review on your own time.

Your quote spells out each step.

What goes into the site

  • A page for each service you actually sell, such as AC repair, water heater replacement, or roof inspections, written in the words your customers use.
  • Clear service areas, so someone in Gilbert or Queen Creek can tell at a glance that you come to them.
  • Your phone number at the top of every page, with tap-to-call on phones, and a short quote form that lands in your inbox.
  • Your ROC license number, hours, and business details shown plainly, and structured so Google can read them.
  • Real photos of your crew, trucks, and finished work, sized for a phone with one bar of signal.

Built for phones first

Most of your visitors are on a phone, often standing in a hot garage next to a unit that just quit. We design for that person first: big tap targets, short paragraphs, the phone number always in reach, and pages kept light, without heavy scripts or autoplay video.

A page that takes a long time to load on a phone loses people before they ever see your name. We keep pages lean and check them on real devices before launch.

Written so Google and customers both understand it

Search results link to pages, not just businesses. A single "Services" page that lists twelve things in one paragraph gives Google very little to work with. Separate, specific pages for each service and the main cities you cover give both Google and your customers a clear answer to the question they searched.

We write that copy with you. We ask how you actually do the work, what customers usually ask on the phone, and what makes your company different. Then we turn that into plain pages that sound like you, not like a brochure.

How a website project works

  • A short phone or video call to learn your services, service area, and how you like to get leads.
  • We draft the page list and the copy, and send it to you by email to check for accuracy.
  • We build the site and show it to you in a recorded walkthrough, then you review it on your own time.
  • You approve, we launch, and we connect it to your Google Business Profile and your quote inbox.

You own it

Your domain is in your own registrar account, in your name. Your domain, words, and photos are yours. Your domain never leaves your account, and we hand over your words and photos if you leave. No hostage situations, and no surprise fees to get them back.

Every project is quoted after we understand the scope: how many services, how many cities, and what you already have that we can reuse. Ask for a free quote and we will tell you plainly what we recommend and why.

Common questions

Do I need a new website if I already have one?

Not always. Sometimes the right move is to add service and city pages to the site you have, fix speed problems, and tighten the copy. We will tell you honestly which path makes more sense.

How long does a contractor website take?

It depends mostly on how quickly we get your photos, license details, and feedback on the draft copy. We talk through timing with you when we put your quote together.

Will you write the content?

Yes. We write it from a conversation with you, then you review it by email. You know your trade; we know how to put it on a page that people and search engines understand.

Can you show my ROC license number?

Yes, and we recommend it. Arizona homeowners can look up contractors with the Registrar of Contractors, and showing your number plainly builds trust before the first call.

How do we work together?

We work by phone, video call, recorded walkthrough, and email, which keeps your project moving without pulling you off a job.
