Local Leads: we own the websites, you get the phone calls
This page used to say the idea did not exist yet. It does now. Below is what is actually running — and, just as plainly, what we have not proven.

How it works
We build and own small websites aimed at one service in one place — the kind of search somebody runs when they already have a problem and just want whoever fixes it. When one of those sites produces an inquiry, it goes to a local business that actually does the work.
These sites are clearly ours, never confused with a client's own website or domain, and every page says so. No invented business listings, no fake addresses, no doorway spam, and no tricks that evaporate at the next search update. If it is not something we would happily explain out loud to the provider on the phone, we do not do it.
What we have not proven
Most people selling leads skip this part. It is the part worth reading.
- No paying tenant. Not one site is rented yet, and nobody has been invoiced.
- No confirmed closed job. Inquiries have gone to local providers; none has yet reported back a completed, paid job.
- No conversion rate. The sample is still too small to quote one honestly, and we are not going to dress it up.
- No volume forecast. We do not yet know what a typical month looks like, so we will not tell you.
Anyone quoting you lead volume, a cost per lead, or a locked-in territory this early is reading you a forecast, not a track record. When there is a track record, it will be on this page with the date attached.
If you do the work, we should talk
We are looking for a small number of service businesses to receive inquiries from these sites — trades where somebody calling is somebody with a real problem. Arizona first, but the sites already run in several states, so where you are matters less than whether you answer the phone.
Tell us what you doNo commitment in either direction. Early inquiries have gone out free while we learn what they are worth.
